Your Right to Data Deletion

At FPL Tactics, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your profile page.

What Data We Collect

When you use FPL Tactics, we may collect:

  • Account Information: Username, email address, password (encrypted)
  • Social Login Data: If you sign in with Google, GitHub, or Facebook, we receive your name, email, and profile picture
  • Fantasy Football Data: Your FPL team ID, squad selections, and team preferences
  • Usage Data: Login timestamps and activity logs

We also keep anonymous daily totals of page views and actions. They use no cookies and hold no IP address, user ID or other personal data, so they are not linked to your account and there is nothing in them to delete.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:

Delete from Profile Page

  1. Log in to your FPL Tactics account
  2. Navigate to your Profile page
  3. Click the red Delete Account button
  4. Type DELETE in the confirmation prompt
  5. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted immediately.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your account credentials and login information
  • Your profile data (name, email, profile picture)
  • Your FPL team ID and squad data
  • Your usage history and preferences
  • Any data received from social login providers (Google, GitHub, Facebook)

Revoking Social Login Access

If you signed up using Google, GitHub, or Facebook, you should also revoke access from those platforms:

Look for "FPL Tactics" in the list and remove access.
